Aloe vera for fresh look.


Lead the aloe vera to wash. Slice take especial clear gelating inside.leave it on the face, keep about 15-20 minute, then wash out with the clean water.
Will feel cheerful face and firm.. You can do it 3-4 times per week..
try it..


Will ask the tip for beauty from my mom ..you can use stuff from you kitchen ...easy and safe.

Thai yoga a day



Down Dog Pose.

Benefits: Stretches and strengthens the whole body. Can help relieve back pain.

Downward facing dog is done many times during most yoga classes. It is a transitional pose, a resting pose and a great strengthener in its own right. It may be the first yoga pose you encounter as you begin a yoga practice. Downward dog is so prevalent, even people who have never done yoga have probably heard of it.
Instructions:

1. Come to your hands and knees with the wrists underneath the shoulders and the knees underneath the hips.
2. Curl the toes under and push back raising the hips and straightening the legs.
3. Spread the fingers and ground down from the forearms into the fingertips.
4. Outwardly rotate the upper arms broadening the collarbones.
5. Let the head hang, move the shoulder blades away from the ears towards the hips.
6. Engage the quadriceps strongly to take the weight off the arms, making this a resting pose. 7. Rotate the thighs inward, keep the tail high and sink your heels to the floor.
8. Check that the distance between your hands and feet is correct by coming forward to a plank position. The distance between the hands and feet should be the same in these two poses. Do not step the feet toward the hands in Down Dog in order the get the heels to the floor. This will happen eventually as the muscles lengthen.
Beginners: Try bending your knees, coming up onto the balls of your feet, bringing the belly to rest on the thighs and the sit bones up high. Then sink your heels, straightening the legs keeping the high upward rotation of the sit bones. Also try bending the arms slightly out to the side, drawing the chest towards the thighs. Then restraighten the arms.

Camel Pose



This pose is really nice..feel really good try it!!!!



1 Kneel on the floor with your knees hip width and thighs perpendicular to the floor. Rotate your thighs inward slightly,narrow your hip points, and firm but don’t harden your buttocks.Imagine that you’re drawing your sitting bones up, into your torso.Keep your outer hips as soft as possible. Press your shins and the tops of your feet firmly into floor.



2 Rest your hands on the back of your pelvis, bases of the palms on the tops of the buttocks, fingers pointing down.Use your hands to spread the back pelvis and lengthen it down through your tail bone.Then lightly firm the tail forward, toward the pubis. Make sure though that your front groins don’t “puff” forward.To prevent this, press your front thighs back, countering the forward action of your tail.Inhale and lift your heart by pressing the shoulder blades against your back ribs.



3 Now lean back against the firmness of the tail bone and shoulder blades.For the time being keep your head up, chin near the sternum, and your hands on the pelvis.Beginners probably won’t be able to drop straight back into this pose,touching the hands to the feet simultaneously while keeping the thighs perpendicular to the floor.If you need to, tilt the thighs back a little from the perpendicular and minimally twist to one side to get one hand on the same-side foot.Then press your thighs back to perpendicular, turn your torso back to neutral, and touch the second hand to its foot.If you’re not able to touch your feet without compressing your lower back, turn your toes under and elevate your heels.



4 See that your lower front ribs aren’t protruding sharply toward the ceiling, which hardens the belly and compresses the lower back.Release the front ribs and lift the front of the pelvis up, toward the ribs. Then lift the lower back ribs away from the pelvis to keep the lower spineas long as possible. Press your palms firmly against your soles (or heels), with the bases of the palms on the heelsand the fingers pointing toward the toes. Turn your arms outwardly so the elbow creases face forward,without squeezing the shoulder blades together.You can keep your neck in a relatively neutral position, neither flexed nor extended,or drop your head back. But be careful not to strain your neck and harden your throat.



5 Stay in this pose anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute.To exit, bring your hands onto the front of your pelvis, at the hip points.Inhale and lift the head and torso up by pushing the hip points down, toward the floor.If your head is back, lead with your heart to come up, not by jutting the chin toward the ceiling and leading with your brain.Rest in Child’s Pose for a few breaths.

It was a long day.. YOGA then Thai food for dinner and then..Some Thai sweet.
Come on.. won’t hurt just a bit sweet…We all need SUGAR!!!

Jelly with Sungkaya Topping วุ้นสังขยา
A popular and simple Thai style jelly topping with eggsand palm sugar to make brown colour and some more nutritive value.

Thai Recipe Ingredients
1. 1 pack (50gram)
2. agar-agar powder 16 cups
3. water 8 cups
4. sugar 20 pandanus leaves
Ingredients of topping
1. 2 kg. (to make 5 cups coconut cream) shredded coconut meat
2. 2 eggs
3. 1 cup palm sugar
4. 1 tbsp. salt
Thai Sweet Preparations
1. Mix the agar-agar and water. Bring to boil until the agar-agar dissolves.Add sugar and pandanus leaves. Boil for a while. Remove from heat and strain.Set 2 cups of the mixture aside. 2. Boil the strained mixture again. Add topping.Stir well. Pour into the molds. Leave to cool.
2. For topping : Mix coconut cream, sugar, eggs and salt together.Pour into the mixture in Step. 1. Stir well and strain through muslin.
